Bar Counda Coral (BCK) issued a notice on the cause of the young lawyer who was written four days ago for the fact that he had reported a short video on the social media, showing the official vehicle of the Judge of the High Court.
In the announcement of the cause issued by Mohammed Fayiz of Chavakkad Thrissur stated that the secretary BCK said the video had done advertising and requesting and humiliating the dignity of the judiciary. The use of a judge’s video is poorly motivated and harmful. BCK is a well facie that the law equals incorrect conduct and that it can be progressed against Section 35 of the Act on the Defender.
