In greater problems for the Hindu leader Chinmoy Krishna Das, on Monday, ordered in November the Bangladeshi court on Monday’s arrest in the murder concerning the brutal killing of a lawyer in court in the cottage.
Das, former leader of ISKCON, is already in prison after being arrested at the international airport Hazrat Shahjalal in Dhace 25 November last year in the seated case over the alleged defamation of the Bangladesh flag.
The arrest of the Hindu leader caused extended protests, with its followers demonstrated in Dhaka and other parts of the country.
In the chattogram, the protest became violent when the assistant of the government prosecutor Saiful Islam Alif penetrated death.

“He (DAS) was proven arrested in the case of murder of Saiful Islam, Alif on the basis of a court order,” said another deputy Commissioner Mafiz Uddin after a virtual hearing on Monday to journalists.
The Metropolitan Judge SM Alauddin issued an arrest order after receiving the police petition during hearing, the court officials said, according to a report on PTI.
Public Prosecutor Mofizul Haque Bhuiyan said the police submitted requests for orders that showed him arrested in four cases, while the court accepted only one of the petitions related to the murder of a lawyer.
Last week, the High Court bench ordered the release of Chinmoy Krishny Das on bail, but the judge of the Chamber of Cooperal Division Rezaul Haque remained a decision after the state was attacked by the state.
The residence order will remain valid until the application for holiday and release the full text of the judgment.
“In order to avoid the release of Chinmoy PraBhu, even after being presented by the High Court, he was proven arrested at Chittagong Court,” said Das’s lawyer Apurba Kumar Bhattaccharjee.
“None of Chinmoy’s lawyers could appear in Chittagong court. He unilaterally heard hearing,” he said.
