She said that there is one government and ten private shelters for cattle in the district and the municipal office should ensure the move of cattle. The police should register cases against the accused and take further steps, while veterinary officials should ensure cattle protection. The manager of the working group (Tahsildar) should coordinate with all members to ensure effective implementation of the law, she said.
