
Indian PV Sindu on Wednesday, April 9, won the Badminton Asia Championship Badminton Asia with a direct victory over Indonesian Ester Nurumi Tri Wardoyo. Sindu won the match 21-15, 21-19 in a match that lasted 44 minutes.
Sindu’s victory was a welcome result for an Indian contingent Lakeshya dream and HS prannoy set out from the competition. The Indian ace, which is in 17th place in the female female female ranking, soon took the lead before Wardoyo equalized things to 9-9. However, Sindhu was able to take the lead during the break to have the advantage.
From there, Sindu founded a four -point lead before Wardoyo showed some signs of return. Sindu, however, took the first set by claiming 4 points on the trot to take the lead in the competition. The second set saw the Indian ace to fight a little and to perform Indonesian in the early stages.
Sindu, however, managed to return in the competition and during the break took the lean lead. The Indian ace kept Wardoyo on her fingers, which equalized it all in 19-19. Sindu eventually overcome the pressure, sealed the game, and built a clash with Akane Yamaguchi in the next round.
