With the launch of the Indian Astronaut Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla’s Mission at the International Space Station (ISS) scheduled for June 19th, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRA) coordinates with the Axiom space to restore time -sensitive experimental experiments.
ISRO announced on Monday that together with Indian main investigators (PIS) coordinates with Axiom Space before the planned launch of Axiom-4 (AX-4) missions.
ISRO has seen the narrower selection of seven experiments with microgravity research designed by Indian (PI) from various national laboratories and academic institutions for research and development that the Captain of the Shukla Group would carry out during its 14 -day stay in the ISS.
Seven experiments include the impact of radiation of microgravity radiation in ISS on edible micorals, germinating seed seeds in space, survival, revival, reproduction and transcriptom Tardigrades in space, influence of metabolic accessories on muscle regeneration on microgravity and spirit on microgravity and spirit on microgravity on urine and ghost. The impact of microgravity on growth parameters and yield in food crops seeds.
“The experience gained by this effort in performing these experiments raises the ecosystem of microgravity research in the country, resulting in induction of advanced experiments with microgravity in various disciplines in the Indian space program,” ISRO said earlier.
5 other experiments
In addition to these seven experiments, ISRA and NASA will perform five more experiments that will be mainly on human research programs, which will be attended by the captain of the Shukla group.
The mission has been overcrowded four times because of various problems from the observation in the electric harness in the Dragon Crew module, delayed the Falcon 9 delay, bad weather, leakage of liquid oxygen to Falcon 9 and hitch in the Zvezda service module on the ISS board.
