The state government announced the Best Doctors Award 2023 in modern medicine.
The awards for the best doctors are awarded to doctors working in state health services, insurance medical services, medical education, dental specialties and private health sector.
The best prize for doctors in the medical service was won by Dahar Moammed, an assistant surgeon, family health center Noolpuzha, Wayanad.
VP Paily, senior consultant, obstetrics and gynecology, Rajagiri Hospital, ALUVA, won the Best Doctor Award in the private sector.
The prize in the category of insurance medical services was awarded to Binda Mary Francis, insurance physician, ESI Dispensary, Pattathanam.
In the medical education service he won the best prize for the doctor R. Aravind, the head of infectious diseases, the Government Faculty of Medicine, Thiruvananthapuram.
In the category of dental specialties, babu EC, assistant of the dental surgeon, Fort Taluk Hospital, was determined by the best doctor.
The prices will be distributed in office, which will take place on April 7, World Health Day, a statement issued by the Minister of Health.
