
Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is ready to return as Prime Minister because his center-legged Labor Party won the elections on Saturday.
The opposition leader Peter Dutton admitted defeat in Saturday’s elections.
In the Australian elections he took full responsibility for loss.
“During this campaign, we weren’t doing well enough that it was obvious tonight, and I accept full responsibility for it,” he said.
The results of the Australian elections were announced on Saturday, May 3.
Dutton described the electoral victory as a historical opportunity for the Labor Party.
“Previously, I called the Prime Minister to congratulate him on his success this evening. It’s a historical opportunity for the Labor Party and we recognize it,” he said.
With Saturday’s victory of the Australian elections, Anthony Albanese will be the Prime Minister for another three years. He became the first Australian Prime Minister to win the second consecutive three -year term in 21 years.
