India made one change with Auqib Nabi making his ODI debut in place of Nitish Kumar Reddy.Gill said the Barsapara pitch had “a bit more grass” and looked “a bit messy”, adding that there could be “a bit more for the fast bowlers initially”.Looking ahead to the first ODI, Gill said India were under “pressure in the first 20-25 games” but praised the way they fought back. He also identified the fielding as an area where India could improve, saying that “fielding intensity in the middle overs” is key.West Indies captain Shai Hope said if he had won the toss, he would “definitely have come on as well”. West Indies made four changes for the second ODI.In his first ODI appearance, Hope felt West Indies were “probably a bit more” than 20 runs behind after being bowled out for 320. “It’s about going out there, giving your best and finding the right solutions to win games,” he said.
