A Controller of Accounts working with the Secunderabad Zonal office of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) was arrested while accepting a bribe of ₹ 35,000 on Thursday, March 5, 2026 by officials of the Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau.
Accused Surya Vamsi Santosh was detained by ACB City Range-II in his office after he demanded a bribe of ₹40,000 from the complainant.
