Police officials intensified their investigation by the alleged conspiracy of killing MLC Rajendra, the son of the Minister of Cooperation in Karnataka, after the 18 -minute sound clip with details of “conspiracy”. The recording, which emerged on the media platforms, led to detaining a woman to interrogate.
Rajendra filed a formal complaint with a police superintendent Tumacura after receiving a pen unit containing a sound file. Recording, allegedly since December last year, shows an interview between Rocky, a close associate of Rajendra, and Soman, the main accusation in the case.
According to official sources, the escape sound contains a pushpa, a collaborator of a soman who reveals the assassination plan. After the complaint of Rajendra, the police initiated investigations and registered cases against Soman, Bharat, Amit, Gunda and Yatheesh for more accusations. With the pushpa, which is now in custody, officials are interrogating her to reveal further information about the alleged conspiracy, said sources.
