Members of the Bar Association in Vaniyambadi near Tirupattur announced an indefinite boycott of all three courts – a court judge, a subordinate court and the District Court Munisf, who demanded a new modern judicial complex.
It comes in connection with the plastering of the dilapidated building of the court court, which was peeling on Tuesday evening. No one was injured in an incident who upset the advocate in the area of people’s security, including litigation and court officials. “So far, we have been afraid of traveling from one court to another in the city. They should be dilapidated court buildings and a new combined court should be built,” said AC Devakumar, President of the Bar Association (Vaniyambadi).
“The unlimited boycott of courts will only add a burden on courts who have to travel long distances to participate in court proceedings. Alternative ways should be explored to build new courts than to avoid courts,” B. Pari said.
The existing judicial municipality has been in government property since the 20th century when it was created. The Munisf District Court was founded in 1995 and operated from a rented room in a government commercial tax building. The subordinate court, which was created in 2009, also works from a rented room in the city.
Every day, on average more than 150 lawsuits, mostly from Vaniyambadi Taluk, which contains 45 villages, visit these courts. About 75 advocates work as ordinary doctors. On average, more than 100 cases appear every day for each court. Currently, before each of these three courts for many years before each of these three courts.
Each court was divided into small rooms in which the chambers, recording room and courtroom are located. Most rooms are poorly lit and ceilings in the structure have been ventilated over the years.
