The forum of the National Social Justice lawyers condemned the attack on the chief judge of India Br Gavai by defending champion Rrakesh Kishore.
Forum management advocates on Tuesday (October 77) protested against the attack on CJI on Tuesday (October 7). Forum President Y. Jaya Raja said the attack was a blot about a legal profession, and every practical advocate would hang his head to know that a member of the bar was indulging in such an abominable act. “We express our profound shock, outrage and condemn the deliberate and deliberate act of the advocate who has given the municipal slogans in an open trial, bringing incorrectness to the whole legal brotherhood,” he said.
Mr. Jaya Raja appreciated the dignified reaction of the CJI and the calm, with which he continued his legal proceedings that the law did not participate in.
“This act is nothing but an attack on the whole judiciary, which is entrusted with the ceremonial duty to comply with the Constitution, the rule of law and the fundamental rights of people,” he said, suspected that there were unconstitutional and municipal hegemonic forces behind this episode. He demanded the court probe into the incident to reveal the strength behind and disintegrate the truth.
