At least 15 students of ZPHS in Sangareddy fall ill after lunch

At least 15 students of Zilla Parishad High School in Pedda Loni village of Munpalle mandal in Sangareddy district fell ill after lunch on Thursday.

All students are stable and under supervision. The teacher, who ate the same food as the students, reportedly had serious symptoms and was taken to the Sangareddy Government Hospital.

According to preliminary information, the food was brought in from outside and was not part of the school’s midday meal program. The students started experiencing symptoms such as vomiting and stomach pain and school staff rushed them to the Community Health Center in Sadashivpet where they were given first aid and electrolytes.
