Contractual assistants at public universities around the state continued on Friday on the seventh day, created a human chain and they were marching.
At Osmania University, the regularization of its services and contradictory instructions for recruitment GO 21 gathered, a large number of members of the faculty of contracts. At the protest, they approached the nearby Yellamma Thall Temple and presented their petition and prayed that they would not be cooperated with in their struggle.
They said that their demand for the regularization of their services, the increased benefits of the expensive contribution, the rental allowance and the securing of employment are merely the requirements after the launch of several years of service.
The protesting faculty demanded answers to why the government did not recognize its educational credentials, pedagogical service and did not lead to favorable conditions for them.
Among those who were present in the protest were the Faculty of Contracting Faculty of Dharmateja, Parasuram, Kumar, Ubender, Vijayinder Reddy, Tallapalli Venkateswarl, Vinitha Pandey, Náseema Begum, Pandayya and Srinivas Ambati.
Associate professors at Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, part of the State Coordination Committee for Assistant, as well as in their indefinite strike required to regulate their services and carry out salaries for university grants with certainty of employment.
They said that academic activities at MGU were disturbed and demanded a government for an early solution by engaging in a constructive dialogue.
Among the protesters were Chintha. Syam Sunder, Swapna, Ravender Reddy, Jyothi, Ramesh and Ramchendru.
