
The Assam actor Nandini Kashyap, known for her recent success of the Rudra cash register, was arrested in connection with the case of hit in Guwahati. According to the police Guwahati, the arrest came after the 21 -year -old student injured in the incident. The incident occurred in the Dakhingaon area in Guwahati around 3 July.
The victim, identified as Samul Haque – a student Polytechnic and a part -time worker with Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) – succumbed to his injury last night.

CCTV shots and eyewitnesses point to Kashyap
According to CCTV shots, Haque returned home after working on the lighting installation project when it was intervened by Mahindra Scorpio, allegedly driven by Kashyap. Eyewitnesses claimed that the actor fled the scene without offering the help of injured youth.
After the incident, Haque’s colleagues were chased by the vehicle and later tracked it into the housing complex in Kahilipar, where Kashyap allegedly tried to hide the SUV. Videos of a sharp exchange between her and GMC workers quickly became a viral on social media.
The police initially questioned the Kashyap and confiscated its vehicle, but at that time no arrest was arrested, because the case was registered according to the cable sections. After Haque’s death, however, the authorities escalated the accusations to include a faulty murder that does not apply to murder-not-not-foreterable crime.

“Today we arrested actor Nandini Kashyap in connection with the case of Hit-and-Run. With the death of the victims, the charges were improved and she will be issued in front of the local court,” said Jayanta Sarathi Borah, DCP (right), Guwahati, NDTV.
The victim was the only breadwinner
HAQUE, who came from an economically disadvantaged family, supported his education in Nalbari Polytechnic by working part -time with GMC.
According to his family, Haque suffered critical injuries in the incident, including a severe head trauma, more fractures in both legs and broken bones in his thigh and arm. He was initially admitted to Guwahati Medical College Hospital before being moved to a private hospital for advanced treatment. Despite his efforts he died late on the ICU on Tuesday evening.
The family also claimed that while Nandini Kashyap initially assured them that he would cover Haque’s health expenditure, she had never progressed or offered any help.
