Hyderabad MP Assaddin Owaisi criticized the partners of National Democratic Alliance (NDA) N. Chandrababu Naidu, Nitish Kumar, Chirag Paswan and Jayant Chaudhary, for their attitude to the Waqf 2024 change law, and said that “people would never forgive”.
The address of the public meeting at Masjid Vazir Ali, as part of Jalsa Youm-Ul-Quran, the last Friday Ramzan, Mr. Owaisi, also President Aimim, expressed concern that the bill could have significant consequences for real estate and Islamic jurisprudence.
The public meeting was moved from Mecca Masjid to Masjid Vazir Ali in a short time due to a model of behavior.
“You give the BJP permission to attack our sharia. If these four leaders say that this law should not be passed, it will not be handed over,” he said.
Owaisi described the WAQF law as “Black Law” and claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi focuses on faith and religious institutions of Muslims. “Through this law, Mr. Modi shoots at our chests and our faith and the Masjids, Dargahs and Khanqahs chests,” he said.
Mr. Owaisi questioned the provisions of the proposed amendment and pointed out that while only the Hindes may be members of the Board of Board of the Temple and only the Sikhs can be members of the Gurdware Committee management, the bill allows non -non -WAQF to be part of the WAQF.
He further criticized the clause in the bill, which, as he claimed, allowed individuals who had been holding WAQF for 12 years to claim ownership, and claimed that the WAQF properties belong to Allah. He also warned that district collectors, “please political masters”, could decide that the disputed qualities are not WAQF.
He quoted an example of Masjid near a parliament that the government claims as its property, while the WAQF council puts on its ownership. “If the collector is called, he could simply say it wasn’t Masjid,” he said.
He claimed that the aim of the law was to facilitate the usurping of WAQF countries. He criticized the removal of sections related to the property of Evacuee. “The intention is clear: to remove Muslim qualities. This is part of the Hindutva agenda to prevent us from watching our Sharia and our religion. The bill is contrary to Articles 14, 15, 26 and 29 of the Constitution,” he said.
Owaisi, who turned his attention to the main minister UTTAR Pradesh Yogi Adityanath, criticized him for alleged introduction in the podcast that the Hindes were dangerous in areas where Muslims exceeded them. “In Bharat, the Hindes are not at risk of Muslims, and Muslims are not at risk of hindy. If someone is danger to Hindy, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians and Institute, it is RSS, his ideology and people like Yogi and Modi,” he said.
Mr. Owaisi accused BJP of using municipal rhetoric to avert attention from urgent problems. “We couldn’t handle Babur. Someone else did. He was the brother of Ibrahim the ship and Rana Sang who invited him to India,” he said. He also raised concerns about the differences in judicial treatment and noted that politically powerful individuals, such as the chief Minister Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, the leader of BRS K. Owaisi, who waded into a stand-up comic book Kunal Kamra, tried to know from the main Minister Maharashtra Devendry Fadnavis and Modi, whether the houses of miscreants that vandalized would be demolished.
