Pasha explained the nature of the case and reasons and said Hindu: “We attacked all amendments and were looking for them to be canceled during hearing. They violate Articles 14, 15, 26, 29 and 30 institutes.
With All India Muslim Personal Law (Aimplb), a body including influential Muslim ghosts, politicians and activists, which suggests again and in the recent past, that they would require nationwide protests against legislation, Mr. Owaisi said that the decision would be taken after the panel.
In a statement issued to the media on Friday, Aimplb described the handover of the law in both houses as “the happiest” and “stain” of democracy. The legislation, as stated, were submitted in parliament under the pretext of empathetic for the Muslim community. The Council refers to this as “unacceptable” that the legislation will, on the other hand, bring the complete destruction of the WAQF real estate.
The Board of Directors claimed that the Union’s government ignored their requirements, as well as applications for other organizations, opposition and civil society in terms of the bill.
“Aimplb will never be silent about it. On the contrary, it organizes protests for which the road is clear and explores legal disabilities with full preparation. Compliance and consultation in connection with the legal procedure and the protest will take place.
