Members of the Andhra Pradesh Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriy Shaikshik Mahasangh (Abrsm) asked the AP State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) to continue and preserve the services of academic consultants, ad-hoc and guest faculties in state universities.
In the national team, the chairman of the Apsche K. Madhu Murty, the State President YV Rami Reddy and the Secretary -General of the DSV Balasubramanyam, pointed out that these temporary members of the faculty were appointed through duly constitutional committees after the criterion for eligibility. Many of them have served in their relevant departments for several years, often with minimal reward, they said.
In addition, the head of Mahasangh said that due to the lack of regular pedagogical staff there were several departments across public universities completely dependent on the temporary faculty and the interruption of their services at this stage would seriously disrupt the learning process and adversely affected by the academic progress of students.
Citing Go Mrs. No. 20, published by August 20, 2016, said that the government has already recognized the services of such a temporary faculty and provided them with weight in regular recruitment processes. They repeated their request to continue their services and also urged the authorities to make Mrs. 110 to ensure a uniform and reasonable remuneration for all temporary members of the faculty working at state universities and steps to accelerate the recruitment process to occupy approximately 5,000 unoccupied teaching positions at state universities.
