On Wednesday (June 11, 2025) on Wednesday (June 11, 2025), he said that “is never distant”, signaling ceasefire with its former representative Sachin Pilot, former Minister of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot.
Mr. Gehlot spoke at the event in memory of the 25th anniversary of the death of former Minister of the Union and father Mr. Pilot, Rajesh Pilot, in Rajasthan’s Dausi.
The event, which included homage and exhibition on the life and heritage of Rajesh Pilot, has become an opportunity for Congress that will show internal cohesion and unity.

Rajaesh pilot’s former Minister in Rajasthan paid a rich honor to Rajaesh Pilot and said that young and older people came to the event because of a late leader. “This assembly itself is a message about the kind of personality he had. I worked with him and the memories of that time were refreshed today,” he said.
Former Minister of Trade unions, who was a member of Lok Sabha of the Dausa election district, died in a traffic accident on June 11, 2000.

The pilot said his father served the nation while he was in the Air Force and later in politics. “I can proudly say that the pilot Sahab was a leader who united people. He united people, reduced distances and served the country through the congress party. Today we all remember it,” he said.
The newly found bonhomy between Mr. Gehlot and Mr. Pilot would give the congress relief, which was caught in the lead from the elections to the Assembly in December 2018. While Congress won the election with Mr. Pilot as the head of PCC, Mr. Gehlot released his younger colleague to the place of the main minister. Mr. Pilot became a representative of the main minister.
However, the basic tension of Mr. Pilot and 18 other legislators against their own government exploded into a full -fledged rebellion. After the uprising, Mr. Gehlot called his younger as Nakaara (incapable) and nowhere (worthless). Although the command of the party recorded a fragile ceasefire between the two fractions, the pilot was removed as PCC president and the Deputy Minister.
In September 2022, the tension was again expanded when a meeting with the Legislative Party of Congress (CLP) was adopted in the stay of the main minister to adopt a one -time resolution that the legitimate command of the Party justified to decide on the change of state leadership, but the meeting could not take place. Mr. Gehlot continued as the main minister until December 2024 elections.
