Ashirwad Hospital in Yadgir will provide facilities for preliminary testing for cancer screening, said CM Patil, head of the hospital, at a press conference here on Saturday.
Dr. Patil said that Senior Cancer specialist in the HCG Cancer Center in the Kalaburagagi, Shantaling Niggudagi, will focus on a patient who shows symptoms, and on the basis of medical test reports will be provided further treatment in HCG hospital.
Dr. Niggudagi will be available at Ashirwad Hospital between 10:00 am to 12:00 am on the fourth Saturday of each month, Dr. Patil.
Dr. Niggudagi said that this device would help patients from the YADGIR district who would otherwise have to travel to Kalaburagag for preliminary medical testing.
