As part of the three -day and agitation, accredited social health activists (Ashas) created a human chain and presented demonstrations in Dharwad, Hair, Gadag, Uttara Kannada and Davangere on Thursday.
After creating a human chain in front of the office deputy Commissioner Dharwada, the protesters of Ashas submitted to the State Government by the Memorandum through the CEO of Zilla Panchayat.
The protest began on 12 August in response to the national protest of Karnataka Rajya Samyukt Asha Karyakarteyara Sangha, who was looking for their various requirements, including the implementation of the command to provide 10,000 GBP Honorrium.
President Dharwad Sangha Bhuvan Ballari, who addressed the protesters, said the subsequent governments led by various political parties took steps to protect the interests of capitalists, while neglecting the interests and well -being of workers, farmers, agricultural workers and the general public.
She said that in order to meet the requirements, agitation was the only ammunition and over the past 15 years ASHA has gained its rights only through agitations.
“All MLA, MPs, increased their salaries twice, but do not respond to the working class complaints. The only solution is a unified struggle,” she said.
She said that the assurance of the State Government that no Ashas would be released from a population -based service is a victory for United Fighting by Medical Activists. However, the government has not clearly spoken about implementing an order to award a fee of 10,000 GBP per month, which forced them to prepare for a long -term struggle, she added.
Sangha office wearers, including Bharati Shettar, Sujat Hiremath, Shaila Mudgal, Manjula Gadgoli, and others led a protest that was introduced in the middle of occasional precipitation.
In the emergency, Gadag, Karwar and Davangere, the protesters against social health activists also presented demonstrations and created human chains to emphasize their requirements.
