The Chief of the Army Staff (Coas), General Ubendra Dwivedi, was awarded by assistant Border Security Force (BSF) Assistant Non Bhandari for his exceptional courage and surgery during Sindoor Operation on the border of Jammu.

“On May 30, 2025, General Coas Ubendra Dwivedi, PVSM, AVSM, Felicited Assistant Commandant Nonh Bhandari of Bsf Jammu with a praise disk for her exceptional courage and surgical expertise during Sindoor Operation,” BSF Jammu said on X.
She was terribly commanded by BSF deployed forward on demanding conditions, she said.

Non, the third -generation officer from her family in Uttarakhand, she is proud to be part of BSF and during the Sindoor operation commands the border base in the Pargwal area in the District of Jammu.
“I am proud to serve a contribution along the international border with my units. It is about 150 meters from the Pakistani post in Akhnor – Pargwal,” PTI said on Wednesday.
Neha’s grandfather served in the Indian army and her parents come from the police forces of Central Reserve (CRPF), which makes the third generation officer in the family.
“My grandfather served in the army. My father was in CRPF. My mother is in CRPF. I’m an officer of the third generation in strength,” she said.
