Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) and Overseas Manpower Company AP (OMCAP) have partnered with Europe Careers in Germany through a Letter of Intent to enhance global job opportunities for the youth of the state in the healthcare sector.
According to a press release issued by the corporation on Tuesday (Nov. 11, 2025), the collaboration aims to bridge the growing demand for qualified healthcare professionals in Germany, which faces a shortage of nurses, physical therapists, medical laboratory technicians, operating room technicians, dialysis technicians and other non-medical roles.
As part of the partnership, Europe Careers will share manpower requirements directly with OMCAP, which will serve as the official placement and regulatory agency for all international placements within the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
OMCAP will manage recruitment, candidate verification, contract facilitation and secure migration to ensure transparent and ethical placements. APSSDC will conduct candidate mobilization, counseling and screening.
Europe Careers will provide full German language training (A1-B2), support professional recognition, coordinate hospital interviews and employment contracts and assist with visas, travel arrangements and entry into Germany to ensure candidates are fully prepared and successfully placed.
Manohar Devapatla, Executive Director of APSSDC and CEO of OMCAP, said the partnership reflects the Andhra Pradesh government’s commitment to preparing young people for global employability and connecting them to sustainable, high-growth careers in international healthcare.
