Apollo Hospitals released “My Food My Health”, a comprehensive medical therapy guide (MNT), a curator who promotes preventive health care through nutrition based on evidence. The book was written by a team of higher dietologists and curatorial Anita Jatana, consultant dietetics, Indrastha Apollo Hospital.
The book, which has been designed in a friendly reader, offers a diet strategy along with simplified dining plans, facts that face myth, tips for increasing immunity and recovery diet. According to experts in the publication event, the guide will mix clinical knowledge with practical advice, making it a source for patients, carers and healthcare providers. Each part is supported by pulsating visual elements, nutritional disintegrations and easy -to -track recipes to bring nourishment closer to everyday life of readers.
The first copy of the book was introduced to Prathap C. Reddy, the founder and chairman of Apollo Hospital, the main guest, Suchaitha Reddy. When he spoke at this event, Dr. Reddy said, “When lifestyle becomes increasingly common, there is an urgent need to seize people with credible health information.” My food my health “is our step forward in health care.”
