Andra Pradesh State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) was moved from Mahanad Road in Vijayawada to a new building in Attacuro, Mangalagiri Mandal in the Guntur district. In a statement on Sunday (March 30), the director of SCERT MV Krishna Reddy said that the new office would work from the following address: Door No. 398/3, Sri Nilayam, Musunoori Developers, next to Vidya Bhavan, Attakuru, Mangalagiri (M), Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh-522503.
