Andhra Pradesh Police won four trophies in the 16th All India Police Commando Competition held at the National Security Guard (NSG) campus in Haryana.
The AP Commando team won the best commando award for their good performance. Other awards given to the state teams include the Black Hawk and Rananeethi Trophies for best marksmanship and operational qualities.
AP Police won bronze medal for overall performance in commando competitions, officers from the DGP’s office said on Friday (March 6, 2026).
Director General of Police Harish Kumar Gupta congratulated the teams and appreciated their performance in the All India Police Commando Competitions.
