AP Intermediate Supplemental Exam Results Declared; more than 1.83 million students improve performance

Andhra Pradesh Human Rights Minister Nara Lokesh released the results of the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations on Thursday. Students can access their results on the website resultsbie.ap.gov.in. or through Mana Mitra’s WhatsApp services (9552300009).

More than 1.83 lakh students improved their performance while nearly 1 lakh students who failed in the regular examinations secured another chance to continue their higher education journey.

Mr. Lokesh said that the government’s decision to provide improvement opportunities for passing and failing intermediate students has yielded encouraging results.

In the first year examinations, 1,35,435 students improved their performance, representing 59% of the 2,29,034 candidates who applied for improvement. Additionally, 42,379 students, or 39% of the 1,09,003 failed candidates who re-appeared, passed and improved their scores.

For second-year students, 48,149 applicants had improved scores, representing 53% of the 91,303 students who appeared for improvement. Another 57,327 students, or 56% of the 1,02,018 unsuccessful candidates, passed the exams.

Based on the concurrence of the results of regular public intermediate exams and supplementary exams, the overall success rate reached 84% for students in the 1st year of general education subjects and 92% for students in the 2nd year.

The Minister congratulated all the successful candidates, commended their determination and hard work and wished them success in their progress towards higher education and better opportunities.
