AP High Court Chief Justice launches JOHA health insurance application
Andhra Pradesh High Court Chief Justice Lisa Gill on Tuesday inaugurated the Judicial Officers Health Assurance (JOHA) app, a first-of-its-kind initiative in the country to provide cashless medical services to serving and retired judicial officers and their dependents across the state.
Speaking on the occasion, Justice Lisa Gill said that the Judicial Officers Health Insurance Scheme (JOHA) was launched in compliance with the Supreme Court judgment in the All India Judges Association case and was the first such initiative in the country.
High Court Judge and High Court Judges Committee Chairman Justice Battu Devanand, Justices BVLN Chakravarthi, Venkata Jyothirmai Pratapa and TCD Sekhar, Law and Finance Department officials and representatives of NTR Health Trust were present.
