The Jawahar Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (IPMER), Puduchherry and former Yanam Mala Malladi Krishna Rao met with the Minister for Health, Medical Education and Family Care Satya Kumar Yadav on Wednesday and Wednesday.
According to the release of the medical department, Mr. Krishna Rao, who was also the former Minister of Health Puduchherry, told Mr. Satya Kumar Yadav that while Yanam has approximately 80,000 inhabitants, a 100-bed super-specialized center operated by IPMER.

He asked Mr. Satya Kumar Yadav to appoint doctors and nurses for representing in various departments in the hospital. Dr. The Singh Negi Vir asked to be sent by head doctors and PG students in a district stay in the Yanam Hospital.
The director said that the Puduchherry government will provide them with representatives and salaries and will take care of their accommodation. In return for their services, doctors PG and older resident doctors would receive training in various departments in the ICPMER, which would benefit their career, said Dr. Singh Negi Mr. Satya Kumar Yadav.
