AP Chief Minister advises Kavali MLA to improve performance of 13 wards

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday (May 19, 2026) advised Kavali MLA Dagumati Venkata Krishna Reddy (Kavya Krishna Reddy) to improve the performance of 13 wards in his constituency. He participated in ‘Matsyakarula Sevalo’ program at Thummalapenta village in Kavali mandal of SPSR Nellore district and announced department wise performance evaluation.

Of the 51 departments, 48 ​​in the district outperformed departments across the state. He directed the officials of Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC), Endowments and Rural Water Supply (RWS) to work diligently and fulfill the expectations of the people.

The Chief Minister praised the district administration for working efficiently under the leadership of Collector Himanshu Shukla. He urged the officials to maintain the same spirit to ensure people’s satisfaction. He also congratulated the officers of irrigation, agriculture and fire department for their efficient work.

He said that 91% of the people in the district expressed satisfaction with the distribution of welfare pensions, which is the highest in the state, and specially congratulated the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) officials for providing better services. The district ranked first in the state in providing CM relief fund and introduction of mid-day meals.
