President Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) and MP Rajya Sabha Ubendra Kushwah is one of the key partners of the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Bihar and the key leader Kushwahas, the main community of the Civil Code. In an interview before the elections, Mr. Kushwaha said Hindu that Nitish Kumar would continue as the main Minister Bihar if the NDA was voted to power but refused to speculate on the layout of seat sharing within the NDA.
How do you see the Adhikar voter Yatra led by the leader of the congress Rahul Gandhi?
That Yatra is unnecessary because the public does not see Sir (special intensive revision of election roles). Initially, I also expressed concerns about how Sir could be completed in such a short time, and he had in mind the elections to the assembly; ECI should do this long before. I saw everything, people’s reactions and the Supreme Court’s intervention. At present, in the eyes of the public, this is not a problem. Rahul Gandhi wanted to take advantage of the political advantage, but people didn’t accept it. He started with zero for me and ended with zero.
Nitish Kumar has been the main minister of the last 20 years, so why do you think people will vote for him again? Isn’t an anti-noncomblescent in Bihar factor?
In general, when one person or one alliance is in power in power for more than 15 or 20 years, an obvious reaction is an anti-noncumbent. In the case of Bihar, this is not and there is a reason. I have visited several villages where people complained that some work has not been done in many sectors in the last 20 years. Then I asked them to whom they trust and who is the person who can do their job. Then people showed confidence in the government of NDA and have this belief in their mind that Nitish Kumar did this work, so he would do it again. If it is a situation, then the anti-noncumbents will be a bit visible, but it will not be effective, because even today people have confidence in the government of NDA, the Prime Minister and Nitish it.
Are you sure Nitish Kumar will continue as a cm if NDA creates a government?
I’m 100% sure there is no confusion. The elections will be held in Bihar led by Nitish Ji and another government will only be created under his leadership. There are no if and buts.
The opposition always raises questions about the health of Nitisha Kumar and claims that he is not physically and mentally eligible for the operation of the state.
That’s all nonsense. As far as opposition is concerned, they have no problem to cause. His health is not what the opposition says. Every day it is busy by government programs, whether inauguration, laying down the endowment or reviewing reviews. If cm works 16 to 18 hours a day and if someone says there is no fit, it is complete nonsense.
On many occasions, you said that son Nishish Kumar Nishant Kumar should enter politics.
I didn’t say he should enter politics, I said Nitish had two duties. One takes care of the state like cm in the last 20 years. So people should continue to gain the advantage and should remain cm. But he should also think about his responsibility for the party (because he is National President Janata Dal (United)). What he will think about it and how, it is up to him; This is the suggestion I gave him.
How do you see Prashant Kishor, party founder Jan Suuraj? Do you consider him to present a challenge in the upcoming elections to the assembly?
In today’s Bihar elections, I see only the battle between NDA and Mahagathbandhan. I don’t see any other except these two, so there is no point in discussing it.
How many seats Rashtriya Lok Morcha gets to NDA?
I can’t discuss the number of RLM seats gets into the media. I will discuss this on the relevant forum and after discussions I will be able to tell you about it.
Other allies of NDA, such as Jitan Ram Manjhi and Chirag Paswan, all say that they will not compromise on decent places. What are these decent seats about?
Only they can say what are decent seats. Whose respect is rescued and maintained depending on how many armchairs and their respect equals, how many seats I cannot say, only they can say. I will not respond to them.
What could be decent seats in your eyes?
You ask the same question in a different way. My answer is the same that it will be discussed in the discussion table, not outdoors.
In connection with the elections, you recently said that you will not drown yourself, but everyone else will be drowned with you.

You are known as a leader who has never endaled his own survival. Is there any chance that if the situation changes, can you leave NDA?
I am not a person who thinks negatively, I always think positively. Why should I pay attention to the assumptions? I believe that whatever happens, it will be good, so the situation you are discussing as a mere imagination has no meaning.
How is the preparation of NDA for the upcoming elections to the assembly?
The preparation is 100% and we are just waiting for the election commission. Once a formal announcement is made, we all jump to the field. NDA has a strong preparation for all 243 seats. We will all compete together and NDA will win the election.

Opposition people also said that the caste census would not be carried out by the current government on Wednesday. Now the census will be performed. What the opposition says does not matter, they continue to say nothing for political benefits and avert the attention of people. The roots of the constitution that Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar gave is so strong that no one can dare to shake it. Under the leadership of PM Modi, no one can touch it and the country survives due to the constitution.
What problems do you plan to go to people to look for their voices?
Problems are development on the queue for education and health, unemployment between youth, happiness among farmers so that the agricultural sector can branch and more jobs can be created. Everyone should gain advantages of development, even marginalized people standing last but not. Development and growth should not be limited to several people.
The Indian block has recently been released with a 10 -point solution for extremely reverse class (EBC), promising a special law that protects them from atrocities. How important are EBC?
I also agree to the condition of the EBC, but not as they say. There is no doubt that in villages the EBC conditions equal to the Dalits or in some places even worse. I do not know when and what kind of behavior should be brought, that is their thinking. They have nothing to do, so they only offer such things. It is necessary to decide on thoughtful decisions, but it is the fact that EBC faces such atrocities.
Your long waiting demand is a reservation in the judiciary.
Not in this way, but yes, I said that the representation of each part of the society is not in the judiciary. There is no diversity and the reason is that the selection process is incorrect, unconstitutional and undemocratic. How can we continue if there is undemocratic and unconstitutional work in the Supreme Court and judiciary? People whose family members were judges at the Supreme Court and the Supreme Courts gain more opportunities. Regardless of any caste and religion, regardless of whether the person is highly educated and excellent in his studies, if he does not have money, strength and judges, they can never become a judge. I want this barrier to be removed. I also gave the solution. Just as there is an open competition for IAS and IPS posts and those who compete, they receive a contribution, either rich or poor; There should be open competition in a similar way to become a judge.
