The Government of Karnataka for the effective solution of municipal crime, including hateful manifestations, will soon create the Karnataka government against the community working group, on the lines of anti-naxal strength (ANF), which will work on Saturday in the districts of Kannada and UDUP, said the Minister of the Interior G. Parameshware in Mangalur.
Dr. Parameshware, who spoke to reporters after reviewing measures after a recent crowd lynching and murder in the city, said the new working group would be headed by an officer of the rank of the General Police Inspector. This would include AnF staff, which narrows due to the absence of Maoist activity in the state and other police staff.
Members of the new working group would cooperate with local staff to take effective steps against people trying to disrupt peace in the region. In addition to the people who do it, the working group would act against those crimes. “The new working group will have all the powers entrusted to the law to take effective steps,” the Minister of the Interior said.
The new working group would be set up in about 15 days, he added.
Dr. Parameshware asked about the demand of former Interior Minister B. Ramanath Rai for a special investigation team to explore the case of 35 -year -old Ashraf, and said that the new working group was answered to respond to his concerns.
The government would handle all the municipal forces that want to disturb peace in two coastal districts. “We (Congress) have made a march in the region, which has led to a decline in municipal incidents. Now the incidents of disrupting social harmony in the region are repeated. There is a form behind it. These (municipal) forces will be effectively limited,” Parameshware. The government was determined to restore peace in the region and bring investments for further development two coastal districts.
The government and the police did not celebrate the murder of 30 -year -old Suhas Shetty, who was charged in five criminal cases, including two cases of murder. The murder was celebrated by the Bharatiya Janata party and other groups of Hindtava. After the murder, the state police acted effectively to prevent the situation from getting out of control, the Minister said.
About the criticism of the Indian Communist Party (Marxist) District Secretary of Muneer Katipally from the government’s treatment of crop lynching, Dr. Parameshware said, “My work speaks. I will not respond to criticism.”
