Sleuths from the National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested another accused on the murder of BJP Yuva Morch Poe Nettar on Friday.
The defendant, Abdul Rahaman, escape in the last two years, was arrested on Friday morning at the International Airport in Kannura on arrival from Qatar, Nia said.
In April this year, NIA filed a supplementary indictment if he added four accused, including Abdula Rahaman and two other escapes, and the total number of people declared rewards for information concerning six storage. Abdul Rahaman carried a reward of 4 lakh for his arrest, Nia said.
“The investigation of NIA revealed that Abdul Rahaman was supposed to voluntarily contain the main attackers and others involved. He fled to Qatar after the attackers were arrested,” Nia said on Friday.
