The state government announced on Wednesday that the anniversary of the birth of the former main minister and founder of Teluga Desam (TDP) Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao 28 will be celebrated as a state office.

Vijayanad said that the recognition of the extraordinary life and legacy of the NTR, whose visionary leadership, artistic genius and unwavering devotion to Teluga left the indelible imprint Andhra Pradesh, the government decided to celebrate on May 28 as a state. All heads and collectors throughout the state were asked to take the necessary measures appropriately.
