District Collector Nishant Kumar on Wednesday made it clear that crimes against women and children will not be tolerated under any circumstances and issued a strong warning to habitual offenders, stressing the need for shared responsibility to create a safe environment.
Addressing the offenders at the ‘Mega Counseling – Parivarthana Sadassa’ organized by the district police here, the Collector stressed that the focus should be on counseling individuals who were previously involved in crimes against women to reform them to a more responsible path.
