On Monday’s large administrative transmission, the state government was appointed by IAS Kumar Singhal officer as a new executive officer (EO) of Tirumal Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).
Mr. Singhal, who already holds a record for serving the institution as a longest as its executive officer, has made history by becoming the first officer IAS to take over this prestigious contribution for the second term.
He previously worked as TTD EO from May 6, 2017 to October 4, 2020 – she remembered the tenant for several milestone initiatives. He is attributed to the introduction of Srivani Darshan format, the main reform in Darshan Management, and played a key role in making Multi-Crore Garuda Varadhi, now known as the overpass of Srinivasa Seth-Projekt, who transformed the city landscape of Tirupati.
The current reign, J. Shyamala Rao, was sent as the main secretary (political) in the Department of General Administration.
The return of Mr. Singhal is particularly significant because it comes at a time when the main Minister N. Chandrababa is determined to strengthen the image of the institution and improve the services for pilgrims.
