Arrangements are being made for the centenary celebrations of Andhra University, with the district administration and university authorities working in close coordination.
District Collector M. Abhishikth Kishore reviewed the preparations along with AU Vice-Chancellor GP Raja Sekhar at a joint meeting of district and university officials held at the AU Senate Hall on Friday (April 17, 2026). Joint Collector G. Vidyadhari also attended. The negotiations concerned logistical and administrative measures.
