Ananth Technologies, headquartered in Hyderabad and operating in several cities including Bengaluru, is opening a center of excellence for navigation in Kerala.
Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) Chairman V Narayanan will inaugurate the centre, which has been set up at the Kinfra Park, Menamkulam facility, on Tuesday (November 25).
The center of excellence is aimed at advancing India’s self-sufficiency in ‘positioning, navigation and timing’ (PNT) technologies, Ananth Technologies said. It is envisioned to be a national technology hub that will enhance India’s strategic autonomy in navigation and inertial systems—critical factors for defense, aerospace and emerging autonomous platforms.
