Officials of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) have arrested a Municipal Revenue Office (VRO) official in Anakapalli district on charges of allegedly accepting a bribe of ₹1.5 million from a complainant, police said.
P. Sankara Rao, VRO of P. Bheemavaram village in Butchaiahpeta mandal, was caught on Monday (April 20, 2026) allegedly receiving bribe, officials said in a release on Tuesday.
