
The legendary India Captain MS Dhoni is honored to have been listed in the glory of ICC Hall. Dhoni was among the seven names that were granted prestigious honor, because the ICC (International Criket Council) presented the list on Monday 9 June.
Legendary goalkeeper became 11. Indinem who entered the club for his invaluable contribution to the game. When Dhoni was introduced at the elite club, he was enthusiastic about the bits and said it was a huge honor that he was named along with several other legends of the game.
“It is an honor to be named in the ICC Hall of Fame, which recognizes cricket posts across generations of AZ around the world. To remember your name along with all sizes, it is an amazing feeling. It’s something I will appreciate forever,” Dhoni said in media release of ICC.
Dhoni debuted the international debut on December 23 during Odi against Bangladesh. He got to the catastrophic start of his career because he moved the first van. However, he did not allow him to influence the failure, because Dhoni continued his fifth game against Pakistan in Visakhapatnam.
From there he didn’t look back at the boy from Ranchi, who sealed his place in the team because of his huge exploitation in all three formats. Dhoni was also handed over to the team leadership in no time and took the Indian cricket to unprecedented heights below his captain.
In 2007, the young team led to the Triumph title at the ICC T20 World Cup and also ended the 28 -year waiting of the nation at the ODI World Championship with remarkable shifts of 91* (79) in the final against Sri Lanka in 2011.
He is also the third most successful goalkeeper in history with 829 release from 608 shifts, of which 634 catches and 195 stumps.
