In the light of these circumstances, the NIA spokesman said that the court officially declared the accused of escape and issued a statement requiring his withdrawal in court on August 30, 2025, to answer the accusation framed against him.
“If you do not appear, it may lead to further legal proceedings, including proceedings pursuant to section 82/83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure concerning the attachment of the ABCONGER,” he said.
