The Minister of the Interior of the Union AMIT Shah is likely to present three law in Lok Sabha to provide a legal framework for the removal of the Prime Minister, the Ministers of the Trade Union, the Chief Ministers and the Ministers in the States and Trade University

The laws say that the Prime Minister, the chief ministers, the ministers and the territories of trade unions who are arrested and detained in custody for 30 consecutive days for accusing the crime of imprisonment for five years or more.
Accounts say they could be re -appointed when released from custody.
Mr Shah wrote on Tuesday (August 19, 2025) of the Lok Sabha office, which informed that the following three accounts – the Constitution Act (130 Amendment), 2025, Bill Jammú and Kashmir (Appendix), 2025 and the Government territory (Transport), 2025.
The declaration of the subjects and reasons for the bill sent by Mr. Shah, which sent Lok Sabha members on Tuesday, said:
He stated that the minister who faces accusations of serious crimes was arrested and detained in custody may thwart or defend the canons of constitutional morality and the principles of good administration of public affairs and eventually reduce the constitutional confidence that people imposed in it.

“THERE IS, However, No Provision Under the Constitation for Removal of A Ministry of Who Is ARRESTED AND DETAINED IN CUSTODY ON ACCOUNT OF SERIOUS Criminal Charges. In View of the Above, There Is and Need to Anend Articles 75, 164 and 239aa of the Constitation of the Minister of the Union Council of the Minors and the Chief and the Minister of States and the National Capital Territory of Dilli in such cases.
Two more accounts define the process of removal of the main minister, ministers in the Union of Puduchherry and Jammu and Kashmir.
