
The Minister of the Interior of the Union AMIT Shah refused to offer the Maoists on Sunday and said that if extremists want to give up and lay down weapons, they are very welcome and security forces would not shoot a single bullet on them.
This is the first time that the highest official of the central government responded to the ceasefire offer that Naxals provided fourteen days ago.

Amit Shah said, “Recently to spread confusion, a letter was written in which what has happened so far was the mistake that a ceasefire should be announced and that we (Naxals) want to give up.”
“I mean, there will be no ceasefire. If you want to give up, there is no need for a ceasefire. Laying arms will not be fired even a single bullet,” added Amit Shah.

Amit Shah hit the left
Shah, who dealt with the valedictory session of the seminar on “Naxal Mukt Bharat”, also intervened at the left parties to prolong ideological support to the left wing extremism and rejected their arguments that the lack of development led to Maoist violence.
He said it was because of “red terror” that the development could not achieve many parts of the country for several decades.

He said that if Naxals wanted to give up, a red carpet with a “lucrative” rehabilitation policy awaits them.
“I want to tell you that there will be no ceasefire. If you want to give up, put your arms and a single bullet will not be fired. Awaiting you when you give up,” he said.

NAXALS ‘DIFFERENT OFFER OFFER
AMIT Shah comments came in response to the ceasefire offer provided by the CPI (Maoists) after intensified operations performed by the security forces, including the Black Forest operation along the Chhattisgarh-Telangana, in which several of the best Naxal were excluded.
Amit Shah said there were many people who believe that only stop killing Naxals is enough to remove naxalism from India.
But he said that this was not true, because naxism has evolved in India because his ideology was raised by people in society.
