The creators of the “South Park” Trey Parker and Matt Stone revealed that they met the comedy Central through the controversial scene at the premiere of the animated series in the 27 season.
The dispute focused about the animated image of Donald Trump’s genitalia, who wanted to blur the net – but the creators refused.
What is so controversial about the episode?
The episode entitled “Sermon on the Mountain” was broadcast only the day before Parker and Stone appeared on the stage on Comic-Con on Thursday evening. During the panel discussion with South Park, Beavis and Butt-Head and Digiman!, The duo was asked whether Comedy Central gave them some notes or pushed back on the content.
Parker explained, “It’s always like,” So we love an episode, “but that happened. And I’m glad, “No, you won’t blur the penis.” ”
Stone witty, “We looked at the penis on the penis.”
Parker elaborated that their solution was to turn the animated penis into a character by giving his eyes. “If we learn about the penis, we won’t blur it. And then it was a whole conversation for about four days King. It’s a character.”
Comic-Con’s audience responded with laughing during the stock exchange. Parker sarcastically launched the interview by saying, “We are very sorry,” he refers to the bold nature of the episode.
Later, when the moderator wittyly mentioned the summons, Stone joked, “That’s okay, man, I’m ready.”
The episode satirized both Trump and the corporate parent of the show, Paramount, ridiculed Trump’s legal tactics and allegedly false claims. In one segment, Trump seems naked in the video Deepfake and begs Satan for sex. The headline declares, “His penis is small, but his love for us is great.”
