The Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday paid tr. Bhimrao Ambedkar at the 135th anniversary of birth.
He published on X: “On behalf of all compatriots, I will bow to the bharat Ratna Pujya Babasaheb about his anniversary of birth. It is because of his inspiration that the country is devoted to the realization of social justice today.
Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar is known as the “father of the Indian Constitution” and the first Minister of Law of Indeed India. The Jayanti 2025 Ambedcar falls on April 14, and is also called Equality Day because he has spent most of his lifelong efforts to promote women, workers’ rights and marginalized communities in India.

“Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, who laid the establishment of the Social Revolution on the basis of education, equality and justice, has remained devoted to the rights neglected throughout his life. By creating a constitution based on equality, freedom and fraternity, he provided a strong foundation of the Indian democratic heritage,” Amit Shah said.
“Babasaheb’s ideas about building a fair and equality society are all inspired by all today. I pay my sincere honors to Babě Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, a great architect of the Constitution and a symbol of self -esteem for millions of compatriots, for his anniversary,” he added.

Preparations in Uttar Pradesh
In Varanasi, Ghazipur, Chandauli, cleaning units took place in many village panchayatta and departments. The nationwide campaign witnessed extensive participation of employees, public representatives, government officials and the general public.
The AGRA division has organized the cleanliness of the unit that includes repairs of fountains and lighting. Clean units were also carried out in various places in urban and rural areas. The urban society cleaned the statue of Baba Saheb on Kachheri Square in Jhansi. In Etah and Gorakhpur, statues of Baba Saheb and other large men were cleaned with lighting arrangement.
Shahjahanpur emphasized the Ambedkar and other key areas to the park. For the division of Modllidagraj, a program for cleanliness throughout the division, with numerous events in Prayagraj and the extensive participation of councilors of BJP, was organized.
Schools, banks and some public sector organizations are closed across the country due to the anniversary of the birth of Babasaheba Bhimrao.
