A video of an Uber driver has gone viral on social media. In the video, it is revealed that the driver, who was once an Amazon employee, quit his job to pursue his passion for driving. This man is from Hyderabad and joined Uber which allows him to meet people from different cities while exploring his city.

The video was shared by the content creator. User @chetnasingh___ took to Instagram and posted a video of the driver. She wrote: “In a country where most people leave their passions behind because of responsibilities and social pressure, meeting someone who has truly chosen what makes them happy was inspiring.”
The video begins with the text: “He left Amazon to start Uber/Rapido. Singh who met the man on her journey introduced him as ‘Hi guys today I got an Uber can and with me is Mr. Kumar and first he worked in Amazon and now to follow his passion he started driving… because driving is his passion.’
She named him one of Uber’s top-rated drivers.

In the clip, Kumar briefly opened up about his passion for driving. He talks about how being a professional allows him to meet and interact with different people while exploring Hyderabad. In response to his thoughts, Singh quipped, “I don’t usually see people following their passion in India.”
Singh suggested Kumar start his own social media page and try his hand at content creation. She also asked Kumar when he started working as a taxi driver. He replied that he quit his corporate job in 2014 after Uber was launched in India. He said he has completed nearly 23,600 trips since then.
