The quarter of the officers include eight towers (a total of 720 units in the range of 11.5 hectares) with units size in the range of 1,500 to 1,800 square feet, while group quarters consist of six towers with 720 residential units, each measuring 900 square feet, expanding over 7.5 acres. Painting, internal plumbing and waterproofing work move at a quick pace through a project area that takes over 19 hectares collectively.
In addition, the Minister informed that construction work was launched at Happynest, a prestigious housing project for the public, developed by APCRDA.
