The Allahabad High Court reportedly killed officials and officials using “reddish saliva” to convert the court documents.
According to live law, the bench Lucknow from the Allahabad High Court was impressed by the strict view of the officers and the registry officials using the saliva to turn the pages of petitions, applications and other documents listed before the court.
When dealing with a request, according to section 482 CRPC, the justice Shree Prakash Singh noted: “From the morning, in more than 10 petitions/ applications, reddish colored saliva have been used to overturn the pages of a paper book before placing it to this court.”
“The possibility of using a certain level, such as the phase of filing a paper book/ petition/ requests, either an official, oath or officers/ officials who deal with the matter in the registry and in the GA and CSC office,” the court said.
“This is a very non -hygienic situation that is not only disgusting and determined, but at the same time shows the lack of a basic civic sense,” Lucknow said according to living law.
Justice Singh noted that if they are not limited, these practices will expand the infections to persons who come into contact with such documents.
The Court stated in its Regulation: “The anxiety of this court that if such a kind of dirty practice is not limited, the same causes the cause of any kind of infection for people who would come into contact with these documents, so it is not tolerable for any costs.”
The court ordered the registrar and other officers deployed in their office to not receive any document with the “saliva place”.
“In order to avoid this practice, the registrar and the responsible register, including officials deployed accordingly, are ordered to ensure that it is carefully examined when submitting a paper book/ requests/ requests and ensuring that no document with such saliva is amused or admitted to the registry.
The court also ordered the government advocate and the main permanent advisor to issue written instructions to ensure that the instructions given by the court would also be followed in their office.
