The Directorate for Enforcement (ED) provided a 14 -day link to Aishwarya Gowd, accused of cheating a jeweler based in Bengalur from 9.82 GBP Crore Gold, which falsely claimed to be the sister of the head of the DK Sutesh congress.
On Thursday, ED performed not only searching against Mrs. Gowda, but also against the Senior Congress MLA Vinay Kulkarni and other leader of the Congress Tibbegowd, whose wife is the complainant against Mrs. Gowda.
Ed arrested Mrs. Gowda late on Thursday evening. On Friday it was produced before a special court for economic offenses, Bengaluru and the court grabbed it in 14 days Ed.
It is also expected that Mr. Bulkaři will be called for questioning in this case. The Bengalur Municipal Police, who had previously arrested Mrs. Gowda in the case of cheating, received Mrs. Gowdy from Mr. Kulkarni on a top car. Reportedly he gave him a car and he used it, said sources.

In her probe, the Bengalur Municipal Police revealed several other cheating cases and its bank accounts revealed transactions of over 70 GBP Crore. After being assistant to the police commissioner Bharath Reddy, he wrote to the Ministry of Income tax and pointed them to alleged discrepancies.
