Flight AI171, bearing 242 people, including 230 passengers, 10 on -board guides and 2 pilots, crashed minutes after takeoff at 13:38. The aircraft lost an altitude of approximately 825 feet and crashed into the hostel of the Faculty of Medicine near Ahmedabad Airport, igniting a large fire and strong cords of smoke visible throughout the area.
According to eyewitnesses, the aircraft crashed immediately after taking off from Ahmedabad Airport. “Thirty seconds” is what took shorten to London for a 10 -hour flight. There were also CCTV shots in the accident.

Air India aircraft hit the Medical College hostel
The aircraft hit a hostel for doctors connected to BJ Medical College in Ahmedabad’s Meghani Nagar. In this building it was located by students and employees of medicine, which led to other victims on Earth.
